Family Resource Development Supervisor, Full-Time Bridgeton (Near St. Louis)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment of resource providers as directed.
• Contact radio stations, newspapers, etc., to advertise our services.
• Train and observe new Family Resource Development Specialists and foster parent trainers to ensure training curriculum is followed and presented correctly (observation should include at least one training session and more, if warranted).
• Ensure that all requirements of the home study process are followed.
• Maintain regular contact with part-time FRD Specialists to ensure they are completing quality work in a timely manner.
• Speak in churches and other organizations.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• MSW or master’s degree in related field required. (Related field includes the following: human services, counseling, psychology, sociology, pastoral counseling, marriage and family counseling, rehabilitation counseling, psychiatric nursing).
• Licensure (LCSW or LPC) preferred.
• At least two years of experience in social services. One of those years must be in the direct delivery of social services.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Job may occasionally entail overnight trips.
