The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for development, coordination and implementation of quality assurance activities including reporting of compliance data, development of QA tools, production and distribution of QA reports, and assisting in the coordination of Agency accreditation activities.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related human services, 3 years of case management experience and knowledge of the Missouri child and family services system. Proficient computer skills are required.
