Position Summary:
Front End Leads are critical to the success of our Front End and Co-op. The position supports the Front End Manager in ensuring excellent customer outcomes, effective team leadership, a positive and safe work environment, organized and efficient operations, a visually appealing space, and strong financial outcomes.

A positive, flexible leader who shows up each day ready to support their team, create excellent customer experiences, and contribute to an inclusive environment. We are seeking a candidate with basic computer and math skills, including Microsoft Office and other applications.

Location: 1500 West 7th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55102

Schedule: 2 - 4 shifts per week including at least one weekend day. Current shifts may vary and can include day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours based on department needs. Flexibility required to meet business needs.

Physical and Working Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing as well as walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, stooping, pulling, fine motor manipulation, climbing (ladders), lifting of up to 30lbs, the ability to work on a point of sale system and to move around our store and storage rooms with or without reasonable accommodation.
