Position Summary:
Produce Leads are critical to the success of our coop. The position supports the Produce Manager in ensuring excellent customer outcomes, effective team leadership, a positive and safe work environment, organized and efficient operations, a visually appealing space, and strong financial outcomes.

Specific areas of accountability include customer service, staff support and supervision (directing, coaching, and training), health and safety, daily operations, merchandising, and sustaining a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.

Location: 740 East 7th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55106

Schedule: Primary shifts starting at 6:30am including at least one weekend day. Current shifts available may vary, and include day, evening, weekend and holiday hours to meet department needs. Flexibility required to meet business needs

Essential Job Functions:

This position requires frequent standing as well as walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching, stooping, pulling, fine motor manipulation, climbing (ladders), lifting of up to 60lbs, the ability to work on a point of sale system, move around our store and storage rooms, with or without reasonable accommodation.
