Sugar Hill Animal Hospital is a growing 8-doctor clinic in the Buford/Lake Lanier area. We are AAHA Certified with doggie daycare, boarding, grooming, and a swimming pool.
We are looking for candidates who are self motivated and bring a great deal of positive energy! They must be a team player and have excellent customer service and communication skills. This is a labor intensive position. Applicants should be confident handling and restraining animals while using appropriate procedures, and possess the ability to walk animals as well as being able to lift dogs weighing up to 50 pounds. In addition, regular attendance, timeliness, and strong communication are essential. Also should be able to prioritize and multi-task efficiently. This position requires some Sunday treatments. Prefer applicants to have 1.5 years experience as a veterinary assistant, but considering all applications.
