Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

### Duties:

- Provide direct patient care and administer medications as needed

- Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans

- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support

- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement initiatives

- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate medical assistance when necessary

-Handle all admissions and discharge paperwork and procedures

### Skills:

- Proficient in patient care techniques, including IV insertion, tube feeding

- Ability to accurately assess patient conditions and respond accordingly

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with healthcare team members

- Attention to detail for accurate documentation and record keeping

- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies with composure
