FULL TIME WOUND NURSE NEEDED!

We are a five star facility that is in need of a additional nurse for wound care. You will be working with the other wound care nurse on the care plans and charting. You do not have to be experienced in this field as we can train. If you do, then great! Must be able to work rotating weekends.

Wound nurse job description is but not limited to:

• Assessing and monitoring wounds
• Cleaning and bandaging wounds
• Working with wound vacs
• Care plans with the patient care team
• Educating patients and caretakers on wound care, infection and injury prevention, and pressure ulcer care
• Caring for ostomies
• Providing diabetic foot care
