Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Server/Cashier to join our team. As a Server/Cashier, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Process payments using cash registers or electronic payment systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next customers

Skills:
- Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill splitting
- Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience
- Familiarity with culinary terms and menu items to answer customer questions
- Understanding of food safety regulations to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
