Within that, our Talent Development and Culture team help foster and build an innovative, high performance and learning culture by understanding and designing products and services for all Mironeers. As a group of leads, designers, facilitators, and program managers, we co-create People solutions with Mironeers to create an exceptional and consistent employee experience.

Reporting to our Employee Listening, Experience and Culture Lead, this role will bring expertise, insight and passion to ensure that all of our People products and services foster inclusion and belonging and help Miro achieve our goals.

About the Role

The Inclusion and Belonging Lead will be a core part of this as we listen to Mironeers, build a more inclusive and representative Miro and foster an environment of respect and trust where all of us can learn, grow, understand each other and collaborate.

As an emerging expert in the inclusion space, you'll help shape our culture by building together with partners across the People Team and Miro to influence the programmes and initiatives that create connection and community, drive equity, heighten empathy, foster well-being and bring our values to life. You will do this holistically and in the spirit of innovation and learning to make sure that our programmes and practices launch fast and iterate, using data and insight to drive improvements. These programmes include how we celebrate each other, manage performance, hire talent and demonstrate that we care about our people, communities and customers.

What you'll do

  • Define our data approach. Build an evidence base from multiple data sources to shape strategic solutions to inclusion challenges and iterate existing ways of working and socialize with all stakeholders
  • Drive engagement. With cross-functional partners identity, prioritize and iterate the touchpoints that impact inclusivity and belonging at Miro, including our events, physical environment and engagement programmes
  • Provide internal expertise. Act as a go-to for guidance, advice and suggestions on how to make Miro more inclusive, foster belonging and support well-being in different teams and different contexts
  • Role-model empathy. Play a lead role in delivering actions that are rooted in mutual understanding across cultural, functional and hierarchical boundaries by fostering transparent feedback and communication to effectively balance business and employee needs
  • Lead with insight. Collect data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights, negotiate conflicts, iterate and drive tangible improvements
  • Partner to both learn and influence. Form strong, trust-based relationships with leaders, peers and stakeholders to understand Miro's context, find routes forward and build solutions, programmes and events together
  • Champion our values and behaviors. Communicate to, and engage, all Mironeers in way that reflects our behaviors and embodies 'we care'
  • Grow, develop and innovate. Build networks and relationships that provide opportunities to bring in new thoughts and ideas while also positively representing Miro externally

What you'll need

  • Experience in, and passion for, inclusion and belonging
  • Knowledge of relevant best practices and legislation in EMEA, North America and JPAC
  • Cross-cultural fluency and a background of working at a global scale
  • Ability to build open and trusting relationships for collaboration
  • A track record of using data to form insights and tell engaging stories
  • Growth mindset and willingness to innovate
