The Assistant Rooms Operations Manager – Front Office is responsible for oversight of day-to-day processes of Arrival Hosts, Bell/Valet, PBX, Night Audit, and Transportation, while also assisting guest experience. The role will have exposure and responsibilities in primarily Front Office, Guest Services, and Transportation with additional oversight in Housekeeping and Laundry.
