Our ForeverRemote work culture offers you the utmost flexibility that comes with remote work.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team.Network Operations is responsible for managing the global network and security infrastructure. The team performs multiple operational tasks, projects, and engineering aspects in routing, load balancing, monitoring, and optimizing the network. The Network Operations Center (NOC) is the foundation of the Global Network Operations team which provides active monitoring and remediation of incidents, alerts, and any infrastructure stability issues. The team is also responsible for automation to quickly identify and resolve issues.Responsibilities:Provide 1st/2nd line technical support and incident management, monitoring for circuits and hardware. Report and track carrier issues, and hardware RMA’s.Manage operational network maintenance activities and implement changes.Provide monitoring and fault management and remediation of alerts.
