Our ForeverRemote work culture offers you the utmost flexibility that comes with remote work.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Network Engineer to join our team.Network Operations is responsible for managing the global network and security infrastructure. The team performs multiple operational tasks, projects, and engineering aspects in routing, load balancing, monitoring, and optimizing the network. The Network Operations Center (NOC) is the foundation of the Global Network Operations team which provides active monitoring and remediation of incidents, alerts, and any infrastructure stability issues. The team is also responsible for automation to quickly identify and resolve issues.Responsibilities:Provide 1st/2nd line technical support and incident management, monitoring for circuits and hardware. Report and track carrier issues, and hardware RMA’s.Manage operational network maintenance activities and implement changes.Provide monitoring and fault management and remediation of alerts. Tuning and optimization of monitoring systems.Assist with root cause analysis of incidents.Assist with periodic network reviews and analysis.Help with the establishment of operational procedures and support documentation.Review, track, and update network operations policies, standards, and documentation.Assist with the development of the network management platform adoption, configuration, and tuning.Complete Daily network checks and operational handover duties.Participate in shift rotation coverage.Jump on the command Center bridge to troubleshoot the network issues. Review service now requests and follow the change management cycle to complete the requirement.Qualifications4 – 7 years experience in IT infrastructure operations or support role.Knowledge of network of network routing and switching technologies and routing protocols.Experience with various Cisco equipment (routers, switches).Experience with F5 load balancer, Cisco NX OS, Cisco ISE & Z scaler cloud. Knowledge in cloud computing network domain.Formal technical certification such as CCNA/CCNP and any cloud computing certification.Nice to have:Experience in scripting and programming skills (Python, Ansible, Terraform).Experience with Checkpoint, Cisco firewalls, load balancers and WAN accelerators.We offer:Culture of Relentless Performance: join an unstoppable technology development team with a 99% project success rate and more than 30% year-over-year revenue growth.
