Overview
Financial Analyst – General Services Administration (GSA)
Miracle Systems LLC is looking for a Financial Analyst to provide services under our General Services Administration (GSA) Financial Services Support contract in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Responsibilities
Major duties for the Financial Analyst position include, but are not limited to:
- Entering data into financial and other systems;
- Coordinating centralized processing of contracts into GSA’s financial system;
- Classifying accounting transactions;
- Maintaining and reconciling accounts;
- Performing account close out procedures
- Preparing reports and statements;
- Analyzing accounting data;
- Examining accounts.
Qualifications
Required Minimum and General Experience:
- Two years of experience with federal financial accounting demonstrating a basic understanding of federal accounting systems, policies and procedures, standard accounting codes, classifications, and terminology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline required. (Three years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint or similar software/programs.
