• Consistent work history with a clean Department of Motor Vehicles record and background check.

• Steady, year-round work with a complete benefit package which includes paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), health and supplement insurance.
• After training average compensation is $20-$35 per hour which is based on hourly rate plus commission.
• Training compensation is up to $20 per hour - depending on experience.
• Training and support which includes: all tools and supplies needed to complete the work and a work vehicle.
• Inside work environment in residential and commercial buildings.
