As our Assistant Facility Services Director at Mirabella Portland, youll help lead our facility services team including our Maintenance, Construction/Renovation, Environmental Services, and Security divisions. Not only will you be responsible for keeping our campus operating smoothly, youll help oversee the operating and capital budgets, policy & procedure and emergency preparedness for our community. As a leader in our community, youll gain access to a network of industry professionals and residents with vast knowledge and experience across many disciplines. Schedule : Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 4:00pm
Salary : $65,000 - $75,000 / annually DOE
