Overview: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. If you have a passion for culinary delights, excellent sales skills, and a dedication to delivering outstanding guest services, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner - Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of meals - Assist guests with any special dietary requests or preferences - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience - Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues - Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately - Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations Qualifications: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong knowledge of culinary offerings and ability to make recommendations - Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items - Outstanding guest relations skills with a focus on providing exceptional customer service - Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is a plus - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Join our team and enjoy the benefits of working in a dynamic hospitality industry.
