MINT MOBILE is seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst, FP & A to join the Finance Team! Individual reports to Senior Manager, Strategic Finance. Role is remote - must reside in the United States.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A you will be responsible for providing analytical support for the Mint brand in the FP&A process. You will play a crucial role in tracking & reporting financial performance by brand/business unit and distill key drivers of results into useful insights to support strategic business decisions. This position requires strong financial acumen, keen analytical skills, the highest standard of accuracy and organization, and the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to other members of the finance team and across the organization.

Your usual day of awesomeness includes:

Your Mission:

• Support the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics at the business unit level.
• Monitor financial KPIs, track performance against targets and assist in providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify and implement process efficiencies, improve data integrity, and improve the quality of forecasts. 

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and insights for communication to senior management and brand stakeholders.
• Provide clear and concise explanations of financial performance, key variances, and assist in the development of actionable recommendations.
• Monitor key drivers of financial performance by brand/business unit and evaluate against relevant benchmarks to identify business risks and opportunities.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in business / finance.
• 4-6 years FP&A experience in progressive finance roles.
• Deep experience in financial forecasting, modeling, and analysis.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to present financial information to a nonfinancial audience.
• Extensive experience working in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions.
• Technical Experience with SQL, Python & Vena preferred.
• Experience in public / rapid growth companies.
