We are currently seeking dependable leaders to join our team, with immediate positions available for experienced Landscape Construction Crew Manager.

Your job as a Landscape Construction Crew Manager will be to coach, train and lead a crew of 2-3, be responsible for tracking job production and goals, creating a daily/weekly game plans for projects along with reading designer blueprint plans, interact with customers to ensure job quality and satisfaction.

We are looking for applicants who are experienced in:
● Starting, managing, and finishing projects performed in accordance with industry and company standards
● Following safety and maintenance procedures
● Maintaining clean job sites
● Completing paperwork and information pertaining to job
● Interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction

We prefer applicants who:

● Have management experience leading teams of 2-5 people
● Have a minimum of 1 year of landscape and/or construction experience
● Have experience installing retaining walls, landscape lighting, irrigation, pavers, sod, plants, etc
● Can maintain a steady work schedule
● Can lift 50 pounds
● Have a valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record
● Take pride in their work and have a high attention to detail
● Are open to the possibility of future promotion
Note: Experience with using skid steers and mini-excavators is a plus

Wages:

$41,600yr-$62,400yr to start. Skill & experience considered.
