As an Enhancement Crew Lead you'll manage an enhancement crew, which is an important role in our company. Your job will be to ensure you and your crew delivers the customers’ vision in their landscape beds and softscapes.

We are looking for applicants who are experienced in:
● Starting, managing, and finishing projects performed in accordance with industry and company standards
● Following safety and maintenance procedures
● Maintaining clean job sites
● Completing paperwork and information pertaining to job
● Interacting with clients to ensure job satisfaction

We prefer applicants who:
● Have 1-3 years of experience in the landscape industry
● Have knowledge and experience trimming shrubs, trees, plant identification and cleaning up beds.
● Can lift 50 pounds
● Can operate standard landscaping machinery such as riding mowers, trimmers, and blowers
● Can maintain a steady work schedule
● Are open to occasional overtime
● Are comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions

Wages:

$35,360/yr-$41,600/yr to start. Skill & experience considered.
