Lead Cleaning Technician

Hours: Part-time

Mint Clean LLC is a residential and commercial cleaning company. We are looking for a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our team in the Rock Springs, WY area. The ideal candidate will be a reliable person who is interested in advancing their career and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test prior to employment
• Must have Mon-Fri 7:30am-4:30pm
• A reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.
• Must have previous lead/supervisory experience
• A reliable smartphone for work and personal use (multiple apps at once)
• Ability to work independently or as a team member depending on the job.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Must be comfortable working in warm temperatures (heat & humidity) and in confined spaces (e.g., under tables, in tight spaces, etc).
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to follow instructions and understand instructions in English.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of Cleaning Technicians and ensuring that all duties performed inside of homes are done in an orderly and timely manner.
• Complete cleaning duties as assigned
• Comply with all company policies and procedures such as attendance, attendance integrity, client confidentiality, organizational skills, productivity, teamwork, time management skills, and quality assurance standards.
• Any and all other duties as assigned by management

Pay: Up to $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
