MINOT DAILY NEWS is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales

The Minot Daily News is looking for an Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities with new and existing customers. This individual must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process.

Salary position with full-time hours, salary only increases with sales success. The salary includes a monthly commission, bonuses, and other pay incentives for sales success.

Total hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday; daytime hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with customers and build rapport.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
