What We Offer: 

  • Hourly pay at $18-20 /hour plus Commissions. 

  • Full-time schedule Morning Shift: 9am-5pm & Evening Shift 12pm-8pm Monday-Thursday. 
    • Friday 9am-4pm and Saturday 9am-2pm alternate every other week.
  • PTO after 90 days of employment with a floating holiday and your birthday as a paid holiday. 
  • Moved into a new location designated for our Inside Sales Department, so our Leadership Team has an incredible opportunity for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Field inbound and outbound Minnesota Rusco, Minnesota Shower and Bath, & Rusco Kitchen Remodelers marketing calls to solidify appointments for our Sales Team
  • Make outbound and field inbound marketing calls
  • Continually acquire product knowledge to improve effectiveness in setting quality appointments
  • The key to this position is outgoing, friendly, genial interaction with a wide range of people; patience, stability, consistency, and much interaction with others over long periods. 
  • This role is relatively unstructured, with freedom from rigid rules and boundaries. 
  • The emphasis is on informal, influential, and warm communication with others in an environment relatively free from competitive pressures.
  • Opportunity to flex as a Brand Ambassador for overtime hours
