Skilled Laborer
Per Diem, 8-24 hours per week
Compensation: $20-$30/per hour
MINGUS MOUNTAIN Youth Treatment Center
Mingus Mountain YTC is a Joint Commission accredited residential treatment center for emotionally and behaviorally at-risk adolescent girls. MMYTC is located on a 120-acre campus surrounded by National Forest, 25 minutes from the town of Prescott Valley, Arizona.
Skilled Laborer QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Minimum High School or GED education
- Expertise in electrical, drywall, painting and routine home maintenance skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Communication is essential to the success of the department
- Willing and eager to learn varying trades, and application of variety of repair practices.
- Confidentiality and professionalism are essential.
Skilled Laborer Essential Functions:
- Electrical, painting, drywall, general maintenance
- Check fire alarm system
- Maintain generators, heating systems, well conditions, plumbing, septic and appliances
- Make regular inspections to evaluate operating efficiency of equipment and plans for preventative maintenance
- Grade road when needed
- Carpentry work
- Interior and exterior building repairs, maintenance, remodeling, transportation
- Coordinate General maintenance of vehicles
- Follow direction of departmental leadership as needed
- Responding to maintenance requests in a timely fashion

Mingus Mountain Youth Treatment Center is a Joint Commission accredited residential treatment center for emotionally and behaviorally at-risk adolescent girls.
