Mineralife Nutraceuticals, LLC is Hiring an Account Coordinator (Internal Sales) Near Colorado, CO

Mineralife Nutraceuticals offers third-party cGMP manufacturing, custom supplement manufacturing, white label nutritional supplements and custom CBD formulation service. Mineralife manufactures USDA organic supplements, US Hemp Authority certified supplements, our own Zemvelo retail brand and more.

The Mineralife Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing Mineralife B2B (Business-to-Business) accounts from start to finish of a manufacturing project. This position is responsible for communication, written and verbal, to Mineralife clients, generating reports and performing administrative activities as needed for the account.

Essential Functions

Manage Customer Accounts

  • Understand and anticipate customer needs and forecasts throughout the life of the project.
  • Be a reliable communicator internally and externally on project needs, timelines, delays and expectations.
  • Show effective written communication skills through e-mail communication, customer presentations and reporting.
  • Develop a great understanding of the customer product, what it takes to manufacture and timelines for each step.
  • Display an ability to individually solve common problems associated with everyday tasks and begin developing skills to address unique challenges that may arise.
  • Work closely with Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing and Management to ensure efficient and effective execution of the clients project.

Discover New Business Opportunities

  • Work within Mineralife project management software (Smartsheet) to reach out to leads and introduce our services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries through the website, LinkedIn and more.
  • Understand client product portfolio’s and opportunities to gain more business from current clientele.
  • Travel to networking events and tradeshows, attend webinars remotely, and more to promote Mineralife Manufacturing Services and learn more about the industry as a whole.

Tracking & Reporting Data

  • Utilizing and enhancing standard reporting and communication tools to ensure appropriate and timely communication and reporting internally and externally
  • Track, monitor and report key performance indicators for lead generation, customer timelines, project deadlines and more.
  • Monitor trends and drive continuous improvement of the account management process

Other

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 Years experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Service.
  • Willing to travel via car and plane as needed to attend networking events and/or tradeshows
  • Exhibits strong business acumen
  • Leverages communication, organization and multitasking ability to exceed customer expectations.
  • Displays effective communication skills, including adeptness in presentations and report writing
  • Data and metrics analysis (time tracking, efficiency/ opportunity identification, etc)
  • Experience with SOS Inventory Management Software, Smartsheet Project Management Software
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) and other related software programs
  • Works well independently as well as within a team setting
  • Must be a self-starter and creative problem solver
  • Time management, organizational and planning processes
  • Flexible in times of change and adapt to changing environments and priorities
  • Take initiative and plan ahead
  • Maintain a good attitude while working under pressure and defuse stressful situation

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting, standing, and walking
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
  • Required PPE when in manufacturing facility: facemask, hair net, gloves, foot cover

Position Type: Exempt / Salary
