Job Summary: Customer service is goal #1 at the Mineral Palace.This position will require you to assist the Food and Beverage Director with the management duties of the department. Manage and motivate staff in line with company procedures and ensure compliance to Health & Safety policies while ensuring customer satisfaction with every transaction.
