Mindshare USA LLC is Hiring an Executive Director, Data Strategy Near Los Angeles, CA

Executive Director, Data Strategy, Mindshare USA LLC, Los Angeles, CA. Develop product strategy and roadmap driving integration into data strategy offering. Partner with Solution team to connect product strategy into Data Strategy offering. Drive new business engagement strategy for Data Strategy. Serve as primary liaison with Global Audiences team. Drive comms and education around new data strategy offerings. Codify data-driven strategies that deliver profitable results. Present recommendations to senior and C-level clients. Advise teams on MarTech and analytics stack to drive media use cases and value. Support advancement of CTV channel strategies and adoption as needed as we accelerate capability here (e.g., Finecast, etc). Connect these products to our insights and consumer strategy outputs.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.$215,000/yr.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Marketing or a related field and seven (7) years of related work experience.Must have five (5) years of experience with/in:· Front-end media metrics such as Media Mix Models, Multi-Touch Attribution, Sales Lift and Brand Studies;· Digital Media Technologies such as DoubleClick campaign manager (DCM), Demand-side platform (DSP), Social Ad Platforms, Moat, DoubleVerify, Nielsen MarCloud, Nielsen Digital Ad Ratings (DAR)/Total Ad Ratings (TAR) or Integral Ad Science (IAS);· Media activation channels such as social, search, programmatic, shopper, endemic or TV; and· MarTech and advanced analytics suite such as Market Mix Modeling (MMM)/ Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) or Brand lift research.Must have two (2) years of experience with/in:· Managing a team of at least 5 people;· Data Management Platform and Analytics Platform such as SFDC or Adobe; and· Syndicated Audience and Measurement tools such as VideoAmp, ComScore, Nielsen or MRI-Simmons.Please apply by emailing resume to careers.us@groupm.com referencing job code CA0048.
