Feel free to check us out at http://www.mindlance.comJob DescriptionTitles: Recruiter/ Sourcer III Location: 1950 Charleston Road, Mountain View, CA 94043Duration: 12 MonthsRequired:• As part of our small and growing recruiting team, you’ll partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify the best talent in the world.• You'll be a frontline ambassador for Nest and ensure a great candidate experience whether it's the initial call, updates along the way or closing the loop.• You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that will allow you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and Nesters.• You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.• However, you are not a number.
