We are looking for someone to support the data entry and policy package assembly processing of incoming New Business submitted via a third-party distribution channel.
Primary duties of the role include entering newly received applications into systems, communicating and collaborating with other parts of the company to include our distribution partners, and resolving not in good order issues.
Daily processing in this role includes performing tasks such as maintaining records, data entry, running reports, indexing, and imaging.
Additional responsibilities may include researching, auditing requests, processing work and / or retrieving data or correspondences from files as requested within an appropriate time frame.
Supports department and follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Is proficient in multi-tasking and prioritizing work responsibilities.
REMOTE POSITION
year of life insurance experience required
life insurance operations experience HIGHLY preferred
Must be advanced in : Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong writing skills are a must!
Highly skilled with technology and business systems, must be able to manage multiple applications and windows at the same time.

May perform lead worker duties such as assist in training, answer questions from less experienced staff members.
