The manufacturing technician is responsible for the aseptic handling and removal of medical waste, manufacturing waste and biohazardous waste.
Incumbents should be trained to aseptic technique while working with bio-hazardous material. Responsible for maintenance of raw material on site.
Order, Receive, Stage, and Store production supplies from warehouse and vendors. Conduct cycle counts and sustains accuracy of materials and Items.
Responsible for maintenance of frozen tissue inventory and transfers. Responsible for the execution of the Ebeam Out process.
Position involves operating simple / complex processing equipment, ie : SealTest Equipment, Band Knife Grinding machine, lifting equipment and pallet jacks.
Receive, stage, store production supplies and lift a minimum of lbs. Store and maintain Human tissue in - degree freezers.
Follow instructions of the Group Lead / Supervisor daily. Demonstrate steady progress and a willingness to learn all equipment and job task in the assigned manufacturing.
Maintaining the sanitization and clealiness of the manufacturing area required.
Education and Experience
And the ability to lift a minimum of lbs.
