Title: Legal Assistant
Duration: 12 months
Location: NYC, NY (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $25/hr to $28/hr
Responsibilities: • Heavy reading assistance • Assisting with editing and creating documents • Tracking status of matters and metrics • Maintaining relevant databases • Basic administrative support tasks • Ad hoc projects as needed
Qualifications: • Strong Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) experience • Experience working in corporate legal department, law firm, financial services, consulting, technology firm or related industry • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, exceptional verbal communication and listening skills • Knowledge of legal customs and practices • Project administration skills • Knowledge and understanding of the financial services industry Education: • Bachelor's Degree with a strong GPA
