Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with exposure to some data management software experience.
• Experience with using an electronic medical record preferred.
• Front office check in/check out.
• Administrative support.
• Answer phone calls.
• Manage scheduling of patients for the providers in the office.
• Monitor a patient for medical symptoms.
• Provide medical intervention and respond effectively in an emergency situation.
• Complete prior authorizations for medications.
• Strong listening and communication skills.
• Contribute to a positive work environment.
• Be courteous and tactful with patients, visitors and the public.
• Maintain patient confidentiality.
• Follow established treatment and office procedures.
• Maintain a high degree of accuracy regarding all details.
• Administer TMS to a patient after completion of training.
• Verification of insurance benefit.
• Insurance billing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
