About Mindful Support Services

We are a mental health organization focused on business-to-business support services for independent therapy and psychiatric private practices. We provide administrative and organizational services to simplify the processes of lead-generation, marketing, billing, and collecting payments from patients and insurers. Our teams support over 500 mental health providers, and in turn over 10,000 patients per week across 8 locations and virtually via Telehealth.

About the Role:

The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for maintaining strong relationships in order to retain contracted mental health providers. They serve as the primary point of contact for the duration of a provider's experience. They will work to build and maintain a working partnership and provide continuity, context and coaching to ensure the provider is a successful partner. They will become an expert on all relevant aspects of the business relationship and will motivate and encourage providers who are new to owning their own business and to our systems.

This is a versatile role, so applicants of many backgrounds may have translatable skills. Applicants with experience in hospitality or long-term customer service relationships are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for a group of providers in regards to training, business support, and quality of services.
  • Coordinate all necessary meetings and orientations to develop a strong, collaborative partnership with providers.
  • Assess the needs of each provider and assist their private practice through various forms of business support.
  • Identify ways to improve the provider experience and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions.
  • Proactively communicate and assess areas of opportunity to help with provider satisfaction and retention.
  • Engage in continuous feedback from the organization, team, and provider members to ensure satisfaction and understanding of the business relationship.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; capable of holding clientele to expected timelines
  • Ability to communicate professionally, clearly, and effectively with management, staff, and providers
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate others
  • Proficiency with various office technologies, including Excel
  • Background check required
  • Vaccinations and up-to-date boosters for COVID-19 required
