Mindful Pieces Behavior Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Behavior Analyst that encompasses our mission, dedication, and passion for the individuals we serve. At Mindful, we truly value clinical collaboration and empowering each clinician's unique expertise. Mindful Pieces Behavior Therapy is new and growing ABA provider led by two BCBA's. We are located in the heart of Indianapolis and we service children and their families in several surrounding cities.
Our approach to Applied Behavior Analysis is rooted in true Naturalistic Teaching procedures, trauma-informed therapy, and client-led therapy. Daily we strive for and maintain an environment that is inclusive to everyone on our team and everyone that we service, fun, welcoming, and team-based. High-quality behavior therapy is our goal.
As a BCBA at Mindful Pieces Behavior Therapy, you will maintain a small caseload of 5-6 clients and be supported and led by our directors - both Board Certified Behavior Analysts. We would love you to join our growing team!
