Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

Duties:
- Manage vendor relationships, including ordering supplies and coordinating maintenance services
- Calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
- Assist with budgeting and expense tracking
- Maintain organized files and documentation systems
- Coordinate training development and implementation for new employees
- Support human resources functions, such as onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records
- Communicate effectively with internal staff and external stakeholders
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Experience:
- Proven experience in office administration or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling software
- Experience with budgeting and expense tracking
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with human resources processes and procedures is a plus
