This is a fully remote position with extremely limited or no travel.
Intent:
We're looking for a remote Marketing Project Manager to work for our department long term. The Marketing Project Manager helps monitor and provide status of all projects, escalating production issues and guidance as necessary to ensure accurate and timely program execution. They help execute on projects across all departments and are comfortable reporting on results of the project.
The Marketing Project Manager will help manage the execution of all projects and initiatives related to product launches, promotions and events. Drive all relevant communications related to project progression, status and company-wide information.
This is a 100% remote work position.
About You:
This job requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The job centers around executing on ideas, working with current systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving current processes.
A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to spot and correct errors is important. Work must be done right and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work from co-workers and subordinates. The broad scope of the job demands a factual, direct and authoritative style of communication.
Description & Influence:
- Drive creative execution of Marketing campaigns by partnering directly with teams including Account Management, Creative, Media, and Brand/Category Marketing
- Translate Briefs into actionable project plans; Demonstrate an understanding of organizational dynamics to effectively navigate the development of timelines that meet business needs
- Demonstrate an understanding of the impacts of execution decisions on the customer experience, campaign objectives, and time/people/budget resources
- Think critically, balance multiple asks, articulate trade-offs for competing priorities, and appropriately identify and escalate issues to ensure delivery of quality creative work
- Work collaboratively with PM peers to consolidate work streams and drive efficiency and effectiveness on behalf of the organization
- Support agency engagement and execution ranging from scope definition to delivery of final assets
- Activate against an advanced understanding of project management, creative operations, and digital advertising; Capabilities required include development of integrated timelines, prioritization of work, and cross-functional collaboration and communication
Background & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
- 2 years’ experience in fast-paced project management role
- 1 years’ experience in agency or marketing role
- 1 years’ foundational knowledge of creative operations and digital advertising
- Proficient in G-Suite
- Paid media experience
- Asana experience
- E-commerce experience
