Growing psychiatric private practice in Kissimmee, Florida has an open position for a full-time Clinical Office Coordinator to report to the Medical Assistant/Patient Care Coordinator Department to perform patient triage duties such as: gather medical, social and psychiatric history, enter clinical data into EMR system, perform drug screenings and serve as a liaison between patient and physician.

The candidate may be also required to perform duties as a Patient Care Coordinator to handle patient calls related to medication concerns, process laboratory results and prior authorization requests, and manage pharmacy requests.

Candidate must be fully bilingual (English-Spanish) with strong organizational, customer service and communication skills. A High School Diploma and certification as a Medical Assistant or related specialty, is required. Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience working in healthcare settings.

Job Type: Full-time
