The Human Resources Manager/Health and Safety Associate is responsible to provide administrative to the Human Resources and Health and Safety Departments. The position requires the ability to take direction and to work independently to support the completion of defined goals and objectives.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop a Working Relationship with Departmental Supervisors to:
  • Recuit and screen applications
  • Hire employees
  • Manage employees
  • Perform employee Reviews
    • Create reports for use in employee review
  • Attend job fairs representing Patriot Equipment to recruit new employees
  • Guide employees to the correct manager to resolve conflicts
• Conduct Trainings
  • Initial training of new employees
  • Monthly safety meetings 
  • Conduct meetings/trainings to educate employees of polices and benefits
  • Use of Google documents to create trainings
• Maintain Records/Policies/Reports
  • Employee records
  • Health and safety policies/guidelines to align with OSHA standards
  • Company policies to keep current with changing regulations
  • Complete and file reports in a timely manner
• Manage Benefits
  • Health, dental, vision and colonial insurance

• Office Duties

  • Collect and file other inspections performed by maintenance personnel
