Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Responsibilities:
- Performs in-depth analysis, diagnosis and resolution of desktop and workstations.
- Serves as the point of contact for escalated Tier Two troubleshooting of PC h/w and s/w, printer problems and network applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting mobile devices.
- Able to support and backfill Video Teleconference (VTC) and Wireless technician with experience working in both areas.
Sr. Help Desk Technician (Tier 3) Qualifications:
- Must have a Security Certification.
- 7 years of experience in Information Technology, with 4 years specialized experience in PC and wireless technologies including expert knowledge of PC operating systems, networking and mail standards and experience working with a team in a help desk environment.
- Need some leadership experience to assist with the helpdesk on tasks, projects and client s initiatives.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate orally and in writing and must have a positive customer service attitude.
