At Mind Spa, we are committed to offering innovative and personalized therapies to individuals coping with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Depression, and Anxiety. Our clinic provides a supportive environment where patients can receive cutting-edge treatments such as ketamine infusion, transcranial magnetic stimulation, and mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments, administer treatments, and monitor for potential side effects.
• Assist with medication PA’s and help with telephone encounters regarding patient medication refills.
• Maintain OSHA Compliance standards
• Ordering medical supplies
• Continuously monitor patients during ketamine infusion therapy, assessing vital signs, mental status, and other parameters to detect any signs of distress promptly.
• Accurately calculate and administer medications, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Manage inventory of medical supplies and pharmaceuticals.
• Provide comprehensive patient education and ensure appropriate documentation.
• Take initiative in all tasks and duties, demonstrating a collaborative spirit and actively contributing to team efforts.
• Provide medical supervision for IV ketamine infusions and communicate clearly with patients.
• Demonstrate empathy when interacting with individuals to build strong connections and ensure client retention.
• Conduct post-care follow-up calls and maintain accurate medical records via EHR program.

Qualifications:

• Valid nursing license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Valid ACLS & BLS certification and proficiency in IV insertion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients.
• High emotional intelligence, empathy, and critical thinking skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
• Basic computer knowledge required, proficiency in EHR system Eclinical Works.
