Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool students
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development

Skills:
- Strong classroom management skills to create a structured and organized learning environment
- Experience working with young children in a caregiving capacity such as babysitting or nannying
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
- Ability to effectively communicate with parents/guardians regarding student progress and behavior management strategies
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with and engage young learners
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address behavioral challenges and adapt teaching strategies as needed

Note: A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred but not required. Relevant experience working with preschool-aged children will also be considered.
