Fifty third is actively recruiting llicensed and experience candidates for three (3) paraprofessional positions providing academic and behaviorial support to students in classrooms across the building in regular ed and special ed claasrooms.
A Milwaukee Public Schools (MPS) paraprofessional engages in activities with regular and special education students which support and individualize the teachung-learning process in the district.
This is a 30-hour per week benefit eligible position requiring eligilble applicants to hold 48 college credits or to have successfully completed one of the following Paraprofessional Assessmets: WokKeys ACT, ParaPro Assessment ETS, Paraeducator Master Teacher.

At the time of hire, the selected candidate will need to submit one (1) letter of recommendation dated within the last year and signed by the author and a copy of official transcripts verifying the required 48 credits or a passing score report on one of the three assessments.

Pay, Benefits, & Work Schedule
The Paraprofessional hourly wage starts at $19.02 and increases according to the set salary schedule based on previous years of comparable experience.
