QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EDUCATION &/or EXPERIENCE High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred, and three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Understanding of basic quality systems, practices, and tools or the ability to learn them is required. Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 a plus.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex customer documents. Capable of effective communication in English.
COMPUTER SKILLS Ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and Milwaukee Electronics’ in-house systems. Excel skills frequently require the need to build and modify analytical charts and graphs.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
