Milton Public Schools seeks a full-time high school technology teacher. The technology courses taught may include, but are not limited to: Exploring Computer Science, Robotics, and Technology Essentials.Essential Duties •Teaches skills, knowledge, and problem solving through technology education courses to students, utilizing curriculum designated by Milton Public Schools. •Develops lesson plans and supplementary materials aligned with the district’s strategic plan. •Instructs students in the proper use, care and safe handling of technology equipment. •Promotes and develops productive digital citizens.•Establishes and maintains a safe and supportive learning environment. •Tracks the progress of each student’s growth in knowledge and skills with the curriculum standards. •Consistently communicates with students, families, administration, and school counselors on student progress. • Models equitable and inclusive practices in all activities.
