Milroy Construction is a General Contracting Company located in Mountain View, California and manages construction projects for the Bay Area’s biggest tech companies and institutions. We are looking to add a part-time office administrator to our team. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

- Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support to the office, such as managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.

- Assisting project managers and team leads with project specific documentation and prepping jobs

- Scheduling: Coordinating and scheduling appointments, vendor visits, material delivery, meetings, and conference calls for staff and management.

- File and Data Management: Organizing and maintaining office files, documents, and records, both in physical and digital formats.

- Office Supplies: Ordering and managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring that necessary materials are available to staff.

- Communication: Distributing internal and external communications, including memos, notices, and announcements.

- Travel Arrangements: Making travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.

- Expense Management: Tracking and processing expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.

- Facilities Management: Overseeing office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.

- Data Entry: Entering and managing data in spreadsheets, databases, and other software tools.
