Milosi is excited to announce the addition of a Landscape Material Handler position!

This position will report to our Hendersonville office each day at 6:40am. This position is a hands-on capacity with lifting, stooping, bending, and squatting while loading landscape material in and out of trucks. A valid Driver's License with a clean Motor Vehicle Report will be required.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plan
• Nursery upkeep and inventory
• Delivering material, plants, and equipment to crews on-site as necessary
• Picking up plants and job-related materials to store in the nursery and/or construction yard
• Keeping the construction yard neat, clean, and tidy
• Ability to demonstrate good organizational skills by following policies and procedures
• Responsible for deliveries at the shop
• Keeping inventory correct through proper receiving procedures
• May perform other tasks either temporarily or permanently assigned

Qualifications

• 2 years of foreman experience
• Ability to drive truck and trailer safely
• Driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to interact with all customers, team members, and those from external organizations

Working conditions

• Required to work outdoors in all primary job functions

Physical requirements

• Required to endure long periods of standing or walking and extended periods of bending, stooping, and lifting
• Ability to lift 15-50 pounds frequently
• Ability to lift 51-90 pounds occasionally
