Milosi is hiring a Commercial landscape Account Manager! 

As a Commercial Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and overseeing the successful execution of landscaping projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating with internal teams to deliver high-quality landscaping services tailored to meet client needs and expectations. This role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills to manage client relationships and drive business growth effectively. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Client Relationship Management: 

  • Serve as the main point of contact for commercial landscape clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. 

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive engagement, responsiveness, and exceptional service delivery. 

  • Conduct regular site visits to assess client properties, address any issues, and ensure client satisfaction. 

Account Management: 

  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve revenue targets, retention goals, and overall client satisfaction. 

  • Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and estimates to clients, outlining recommended landscaping services and pricing. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including landscape designers, technicians, and maintenance crews, to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion 

Project Coordination: 

  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement of materials and equipment, to meet client deadlines and quality standards. 

  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and take proactive measures to mitigate issues and ensure project success. 

  • Conduct post-project reviews with clients to gather feedback, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement. 

Financial Management: 

  • Prepare and manage budgets for client accounts, tracking expenses, revenue, and profitability to ensure financial objectives are met. 

  • Monitor accounts receivable and collections processes, working closely with finance teams to address any outstanding payments or billing discrepancies. 

Business Development: 

  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional landscaping services to existing clients, maximizing account revenue and profitability. 

  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other business development activities to generate leads, expand the client base, and promote the company's services. 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in commercial landscape management, account management, or related roles. 

  • Strong knowledge of landscaping principles, practices, and techniques. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and vendors. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 

  •  Proficiency in project management software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. 

  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Salary: $55-85K with commission and bonuses 

Working Conditions: 

The Commercial Landscape Account Manager’s environment will be visiting client properties, attending meetings, and overseeing project installations. This position requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules and project deadlines. Occasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions may be necessary.
