Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provides desk support for MillTown Office and Technician staff
- Maintain, install and troubleshoot desktops, iPads, printers, phones, ect.
- Maintain, install and troubleshoot software/hardware including, Lytx, Service Titan ect.
- Develop and maintain local networks
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
- Identifies, researches and resolves technical issues
- Responds to telephone calls, email and all other requests for technical support
- Alerts Management to recurring problems and patterns of problems
- Maintain expenses
- Identify computer/network equipment shortages and place orders when necessary
- Additional duties as needed

- Basic knowledge of network and its protocols
- Experience supporting desktop systems
- Basic Computer Hardware Replace/Repair
- In depth knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles

Education
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
