• Be the go-to hero for all tech needs of MillTown Office and Technician staff.
• Masterfully handle everything from desktops to iPads, printers to phones - you name it, you fix it!
• Keep the digital gears turning smoothly by maintaining software and hardware like Lytx and Service Titan.
• Weave a web of connectivity with your magic, ensuring local networks are always up and running.
• Guard the fortress of data with unwavering vigilance, ensuring networks and systems remain secure and private.
• Proactively hunt down technical gremlins and banish them from our digital realm.
• Answer distress signals from telephone calls, emails, and every office corner needing tech support.
• Spot recurring issues and sound the alarm to management - saving the day before disasters strike!
• Manage expenses like a frugal wizard, ensuring resources are allocated wisely.
