We are seeking a skilled Dining Room Manager to oversee our dining establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional customer service, manage dining room operations, and lead a team of staff members.

Duties:

- Manage daily dining room operations, including reservations, seating, and customer service
- Supervise dining room staff to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Implement and enforce food safety standards and regulations
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff members

Requirements:

- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team
- Proficiency in supervising staff and maintaining high standards of service
- Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for the food service industry
