The responsibility of this position is managing specialized work efficiently, with confidence and competence. The position requires above-average attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks completed on time. The person in this position will take work seriously, have a strong sense of duty, and be disciplined. A somewhat faster-than-average pace will be the norm for this position. Detailed, specialized work is the major focus. Full-Time, Exempt Position
Pay: $65,000-75,000 per yearJob Duties
  • Administrative Oversight: Manage detailed scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for the production department.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all activities within the production department adhere to regulatory requirements. Maintain updated procedures to streamline workflow and enhance compliance.
  • Safety and Training Programs: Design and implement comprehensive safety protocols to safeguard personnel and equipment. Develop training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
  • Supporting Strategic Decisions: Provide analytical support to senior management in evaluating strategic initiatives. Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Any other admin duties that may arise
Qualifications
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications such as Google Work Space, Acculynx, etc.
  • Prior experience in the roofing or construction industry is preferred, but not required
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Nevada resident required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
  • Maintain regular attendance and punctuality is required
  • Team player and leader
This job requires the capacity to work for eight to ten hours per day in a production office environment. Additionally, the ability to climb stairs, bend, stoop, reach, lift, move, and/or carry equipment that may weigh more than 50 pounds is necessary. Physical dexterity is also a must-have as it will be required to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.
