Milligan Smiles - Jayma S Claus, DDS, PC is Hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Near Johnson, TN

Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Take dental x-rays using medical imaging software
- Provide chairside assistance to the dentist during procedures
- Take and record patients' vital signs
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic documentation.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions
- Schedule patient appointments and manage the dental office's appointment calendar

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
- Proficiency in taking and developing dental x-rays
- Familiarity with dental software systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday
